Cocesna has contracted iE to design an office complex to house the Department of Civil Aviation as well as to have a VIP Room for visiting delegates. The design was value engineered to be built using pre-fabrication systems to maximize the floor space while still remaining within budget. This project is scheduled to be built in early 2010.
