U.S Embassy Housing Master Plan Project

PROJECT FEATURES:
The US Embassy housing project was internationally funded for USD$ 11 million dollars to create a gated housing compound for the US Embassy in the City of Belmopan, Belize. The contract included master planning, design and construction for a 14-acre development consisting of 18 residential homes - including the ambassador’s residence. Also included were all civil works consisting of concrete streets, perimeter fence, pool, houses for guards, generator room, equalization tanks, reserve water and all other works. IE successfully completed the design and construction of the entire project in eleven months, one month early. The project was completed on time and within budget.
